Two story stone house constructed using dark grey limestone. Large area clad in stone to front of house. Exceptional stone to work with. Turns a blue / black colour when wet.
Because of the size of this house, a dark limestone suited well as the house itself could take it. If you were considering using the same stone to completely face a single story house, it might not as well, as it could give the building a 'constrained' feel to it.
